D-TECT Fire and Security were asked to install a state of the art home camera system at this lovely domestic property in the heart of the Sussex countryside, the system needed to cover multiple buildings over a large area. D-TECT designed and installed a high-definition IP system including wireless transmission between buildings.

The end result gives great coverage of the property with crystal clear images able to read a vehicle number plate or identify an unknown visitor, The CCTV system is networked meaning our customers can view the images and search/playback remotely via tablet/smartphone or of course a PC.

Whilst installing the home camera system we were asked to carry out a service and install some extra detection to the existing intruder alarm system, we also installed a DualCom communicator to monitor the system via GSM and Phone line 24 hours a day.

With the CCTV and monitored intruder alarm together the customer has complete peace of mind and if alerted to an alarm activation can view the CCTV remotely and assess the risk /action to be taken. Since the initial works, we have returned to install intruder alarms to protect the various outbuildings and office within the grounds of the property.
