Saint Hill Manor – Qual Building

Our team were contacted by Saint Hill Manor to provide them with fire safety systems for the new Qual building. Being a new-build office and training building, we understood the importance of making sure that the fire safety systems were up to a high standard. Our experts specified and designed a fire alarm system to meet the client’s requirements.

Using our industry knowledge and skills we designed a BS5839-1:2017 L1 fire alarm system to be installed using enhanced cable throughout. Our team used an advanced 4 loop addressable flush mount panel with a printer that was networked to other buildings. It was incredibly important that the system we installed was in keeping with the high-end finish of the building and our team did not disappoint.

D-TECT were also instructed to design and install a Disabled Refuge EVC (emergency voice communication) system throughout the building. Using the Cameo 4 zone stainless steel flush panel complete with flush stainless steel outstations, meant that it was still aesthetically pleasing whilst meeting all regulations.

The D-TECT team was able to provide high-quality service and installation in line with the project program and now look forward to maintaining the systems.
